No prerequisites required, but pairs best with the Neurodiversity + Aquatics Certification.

  • Purchase 2 or more learners (seats) for your team.
  • You’ll become the Group Leader and can manage your team
  • Enter a name for your group during checkout
  • Already have an account? Log in to link your purchase. If not, you’ll create one during checkout by entering your email and setting a password
  • After purchase, you’ll be logged in and can assign learners straight away in the Group Management page.

Setting up your Users

  • Click on the Users button on the Group Management page.
  • For a small group, it works well to choose Add One or Add Multiple, then enter the names and emails addresses of the learners for this group.  An email is sent automatically to each with an access link and they will see their course in My Profile or My Courses pages.
  • For a large group, you can upload details from a CSV file and have options to delay email notifications. Contact us for more information or to have our admin team do this for you.
  • You don’t need to assign users to all the seats immediately.   If there are unused seats, you will see these in the Group Management page. You can remove a learner if they have not yet started the course. This will free up a seat which you can re-assign.
  • The Group Leader role has been filled with the name of the purchaser. You can add a different group leader if you prefer. The Group Leader does not have to be a learner, but can be if you add them to the Users list. The Group Leader can view the progress of learners in reports.

Alternative Purchasing Options

  • If you have already purchased a group for this course and would like to just buy several more seats,  use the Add Seats button in the Group Management page.  (Note: This button only appears for a group which was purchased on this system.  If you have a group which was set up as part of the migration process, you will need to buy a new group course now.)
  • If you have a very large group and need a customised invoice, or you want to deliver the training on your own LMS, please contact us to discuss.
