It does not:

- provide exclusivity within any region or service area.
4. Use of Branding and Badges
Approved Providers may use Autism Swim branding, badges and related materials in accordance with Autism Swim guidelines.

- ensure all information provided to Autism Swim is accurate and not misleading;
- comply with applicable laws, regulations and industry standards relevant to their services; and
- not engage in conduct that may damage the reputation of Autism Swim.
7. Suspension or Removal
Autism Swim reserves the right to suspend or remove Approved Provider status at its discretion where:

8. Fees, Cancellations and Refunds
Fees paid for Approved Provider memberships, listings, or subscriptions are non-refundable except as required under the Australian Consumer Law and as outlined in Autism Swim’s Refund Policy.
If you cancel your membership during the membership term:
- your Approved Provider status and membership access will continue until the end of the current billing period; and
- no refunds or partial refunds will be provided for any unused portion of the membership term.
You may request to be removed from the Autism Swim “Find a Provider” directory at any time. Removal from the directory does not cancel your membership or entitle you to a refund.
It is your responsibility to manage your subscription, including cancellation prior to renewal where applicable, and to notify us of any changes to your business details or if your membership is no longer required.
We will take reasonable steps to action removal requests within a reasonable timeframe, typically within 5–10 business days.
